Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and hygienic liners are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
